The future success of law firms today is unclear and uncertain. We know the environment is tough - both on the lack of clarity surrounding the development and delivery of legal services, as well as on the uncertain economic front for your firm and clients.

Yet leadership skills are not normally taught to lawyers and you have to deliver your legal work alongside your leadership tasks. This course is aimed at those moving into leadership roles, as well as providing a timely reminder on critical skills for those already in a leadership role.
