Introduction

This seminar will provide you with an update of all the current Permitted Development Rights including all the latest Government reforms introduced over the last few years.

It will cover what is allowed and what is not allowed to be done to a property or piece of land without needing planning permission.

It will also cover exploration of the need to use s191 and s192 in assessing the possible use of Permitted Development Rights.
