Introduction
The SRA has announced that it is funding an investigation into the unregulated legal services market, to ascertain the effect it is having on the legal services marketplace generally.
With the results expected by the end of 2022, we can expect to see some in-depth analysis about the impact of the new ‘de-regulated’ environment on the ‘old’ profession, and whether transparency has helped us regain our marketplace.
During this new virtual classroom seminar expert speaker Trevor Hellawell will discuss the outcome of the SRA investigation and what it means for the legal sector.
