Introduction
The webinar will consider the possible impact of the proposed reforms in the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill. Other proposals of the new Prime Minister will be considered, along with the impact on clients and local authorities of the new Class MA Permitted Development Rights; PD rights to extend upwards and the latest case law and Parliamentary Guidance.
The webinar is aimed at all property lawyers and surveyors who are asked to advise their clients on planning matters affecting property they already own or are thinking of acquiring whether by contract or option agreements.
