The residential property market has now adjusted to the updated guidance on Japanese knotweed issued by RICS early in 2022.

This webinar is presented by the author of the guidance, an acknowledged expert on the subject, who will outline how a proper understanding of the RICS guidance can reduce the risk of negligence while providing accurate valuations and appropriate advice for clients.
