Introduction

The world of work changed significantly over the course of the pandemic with home working becoming the norm in a very short space of time. As we recover and the economy attempts to build back up employers are facing new challenge of an incredibly competitive jobs market.

Employers are seeking new and innovative ways to attract and retain the best talent - from the four-day working week to allowing remote working (including outside the UK).

Offering unique incentives to employees certainly gives employers the cutting edge, however there are a number of employment law considerations which must be taken into account.

During this new virtual classroom seminar expert speaker Ann Frances Cooney will address the key implications for those employers who are wishing to maximise flexibility.
