Young people aged 16 - 18, particularly 'looked after children' are subject to a complex overlapping legislative framework. They are also eligible for a variety of services, as well as falling within the jurisdiction of a number of different court arenas.

This webinar will assist you to navigate the legal pathways when working to safeguard vulnerable care leavers, to ensure that they receive the help they are entitled to and also any placement is lawful.
