Introduction
This new full day practical masterclass is designed to deal with all of the major issues of partnership litigation from the determination of whether a partnership exists to the taking of the final accounts following winding-up.
It will use practical examples based upon reported cases to highlight problem areas in winding-up cases.
The course is suitable for litigation solicitors or commercial solicitors faced with a partnership dispute.
