Introduction

Often issues in relation to capacity in civil litigation are either overlooked or not understood. Understanding the interplay between the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the conduct of injury litigation is key to ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

This virtual classroom seminar will address some key themes and strategies when dealing with capacity and in particular, how this may affect the management of a large award and or damages claims within that award.
