  • Relief duties
  • Priority need
  • Intentional homelessness
  • The main housing duty
  • Internal reviews
  • Statutory appeals in the county court

What You Will Learn

This live and interactive session will cover the following:

  • Homeless Applications: Minott v Cambridge CC
  • Intentional homelessness following Omar v Hackney LBC and R (on the application of Roman) v Southwark LBC
  • The changes introduced by the Domestic Abuse Act 2021
  • The main housing duty in light of the decisions in R (Elkundi) v Birmingham CC and Paley v Waltham Forest LBC
