Introduction

Public procurement law and the principles of subsidy control (former State Aid) are each EU constructs and whilst the UK was in the EU they had to be part of UK law.

This webinar will provide an overview of the extent to which the law is likely to change now the UK has have left the EU and will examine the short, medium and longer term implications of Brexit on public procurement and subsidy control. It will include consideration of WTO rules.
