Water Regulation & Farms - The Latest Guidance & Regulations for Wales

Introduction

Aimed at agricultural advisors, this webinar will consider the regulations now in place in Wales in relation to water pollution in the context of agriculture.

The Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021 were passed in March 2021 and this webinar will consider how these will impact on water management on farms going forward.

The webinar will look in detail at the provisions contained in the new regulations, what requirements farmers must now satisfy, the timeline in relation to implementation and what are the implications of breaching its requirements.

The webinar will also consider how this dovetails with existing legislation in relation to water pollution.
